Use

To take advantage of the mountain crystal's power, place it in a
jug of water and drink approximately 1 litre from it every day.
It is also recommended that you place it on your PC.
It soaks up the computer's emissions, protecting you from them.

Care

To clean the crystal, wash it with warm water and lay it, from time to time
in the sun or leave it outside over night. Through the power of the moon and nature
it recovers its full energy and strength.
